Total Time: 20 minutes

  • 1/3 Dole Tropical Golden pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 1 1/4 pound ground turkey breast
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cup Dole baby spinach

Directions

  1. Stir together pineapple and avocado; set aside.

  2. Mix turkey, cilantro, curry, cumin and green chilies.

  3. Divide turkey into 6 burgers.

  4. Make a well in the center and each burger and fill with 1 tablespoon pineapple-avocado mixture.

  5. Close the turkey around the filling and arrange on a baking sheet.

  6. Reserve remaining pineapple-avocado mixture.

  7. Spoon Hawaiian glaze on top of burgers.

  8. Broil for 10 minutes, flip burgers over and spread with remaining glaze.

  9. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  10. Arrange baby spinach equally among buns.

  11. Place burgers on top and serve with reserved pineapple-avocado mixture.
