Total Time: 20 minutes
- 1/3 Dole Tropical Golden pineapple, diced
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 1/4 pound ground turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 1/2 cup Dole baby spinach
Stir together pineapple and avocado; set aside.
Mix turkey, cilantro, curry, cumin and green chilies.
Divide turkey into 6 burgers.
Make a well in the center and each burger and fill with 1 tablespoon pineapple-avocado mixture.
Close the turkey around the filling and arrange on a baking sheet.
Reserve remaining pineapple-avocado mixture.
Spoon Hawaiian glaze on top of burgers.
Broil for 10 minutes, flip burgers over and spread with remaining glaze.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Arrange baby spinach equally among buns.
Place burgers on top and serve with reserved pineapple-avocado mixture.
