- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Classic oven chicken doesn't get much better than this. Whether you're meal prepping for the week or throwing together a last-minute family meal, our Fareway herb chicken is the way to go.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and lemon juice. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and cover evenly with oil mixture on both sides.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
