Amount Per Serving: 2 Tbsp each
- 16 oz reduced free cream cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz dried beef, diced
- 2 cup slivered almonds
Combine first 7 ingredients and mix with an electric mixer.
Add beef and mix.
Form cheese into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Roll in silvered almonds and serve with crackers.
Or add filling to mushrooms caps and bake at 375°F for approximately 20 minutes.
Top with slivered almonds in the last 5 minutes.
