These crispy chicken nuggets are homemade and cooked with a blend of salt and pepper for flavor. 

Homemade Chicken Nuggets/Strips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. While chicken is still slightly frozen, slice into very thin pieces.

  3. Cover with wax paper and pound with a meat mallet.

  4. Dredge chicken into flour seasoned with salt and pepper, then beaten eggs, then bread crumbs.

  5. Repeat until all pieces are breaded.

  6. Add approximately 1 Tbsp. of canola oil to a baking dish and add chicken.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes.

  8. Flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
