Ingredients
- 0 Chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 dash salt
- 0 dash pepper
These crispy chicken nuggets are homemade and cooked with a blend of salt and pepper for flavor.
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

While chicken is still slightly frozen, slice into very thin pieces.

Cover with wax paper and pound with a meat mallet.

Dredge chicken into flour seasoned with salt and pepper, then beaten eggs, then bread crumbs.

Repeat until all pieces are breaded.

Add approximately 1 Tbsp. of canola oil to a baking dish and add chicken.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
