Honey Soy Marinade

This marinade works well with chicken and pork.  Add it to any for that extra flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Oriental spice powder
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, stir and strain.

  2. Inject marinade as desired.
