  • 1 pound tenderized pork loin slices
  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 eggs, whisked
  • 1 tsp oil

  1. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a small dish.

  2. Dip loin slices in beaten egg then bread crumb mixture.

  3. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.

  4. Add loin slices and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 145 F.
