- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 package sausage links
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can Fareway diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tsp basil

Directions

Cook one package of Johnsonville® sausages according to package directions.

Slice and keep warm.

Julienne peppers and onions and set aside.

In a large pan, add olive oil and garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.

Add vegetables to oil and saute an additional 5 minutes or until crisp tender.

Add basil, tomatoes and sausage.

Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
