Italian Sausage and Pepper Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 package sausage links
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can Fareway diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp basil

Directions

  1. Cook one package of Johnsonville® sausages according to package directions.

  2. Slice and keep warm.

  3. Julienne peppers and onions and set aside.

  4. In a large pan, add olive oil and garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.

  5. Add vegetables to oil and saute an additional 5 minutes or until crisp tender.

  6. Add basil, tomatoes and sausage.

  7. Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
