  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp parsley

This Italian vinaigrette is made with extra virgin olive oil instead of salad oil, and features minced garlic, dried oregano and chopped parsley.

  1. Chop parsley.

  2. Combine all ingredients.
