Jenn's Meatball Sliders


For Meatballs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with all meatball seasonings, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Stir until well combined. 

3. Use medium sized cookie scoop to shape into 12 meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or unitl fully cooked.

4. While meatballs bake, pour all ingredients for sauce in small pot. Simmer on stovetop on low for 10 minutes.

Assembling the Sliders

1. Remove buns from package, do NOT separate.

2. Use serrated knife to gently slice rolls in half horizontally.

3. Place bottom half of slider buns in lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.

4. Layer 6 slices of provolone cheese on bottom half of buns.

5. Lightly spread 1/2 cup of sauce over the cheese and buns.

6. Place one meatball on each bun. Spoon another 1/2 cup of sauce over the meatballs. Reserve the rest for dipping.

7. Place 6 slices of cheese on top of the meatballs and finish with the top half of the buns.

8. Brush sliders with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
