Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can pears, drained
- 1 two in. knob fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Top Sirloin Steak (about 2 pounds)
This Korean marinade is the perfect umami flavor for your sirloin steak. Add remaining sauce to tacos and more for extra taste!
Directions
Pulse pears, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set half of sauce aside.
Cut sirloin into large chunks. Place in an InstantPot with half of the sauce. Cook on high pressure (manual) for 45 minutes. Release steam and shred with two forks. Serve with remaining sauce as tacos, over rice, as sandwiches, or as a salad.
