Servings: Makes 4 servings

Total Time: 40 minutes

  • 4 filet tilapia
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Finely chop and sautee garlic.

  4. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

  5. Place tilapia on a baking dish,

  6. Pour lemon juice, then butter over tilapia.

  7. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

  8. Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart, about 30 minutes.
