Lemon Pepper Cod Packets

Tangy lemon and a kick of black pepper? These cod packets are perfect for getting protein in when you're feeling under the weather or just aren't in the mood for a heavier protein option. 


  • 4 cod filets
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Assemble cod packets by spraying four pieces of aluminum foil with nonstick spray.

  3. Add cod 1 cod filet to each packet and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and oil.

  4. Fold aluminum foil into a packet and bake for 10 minutes, or until cod is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
