  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 lemon lemon juice
  • 4 tilapia fillets

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Pour over tilapia and cover.

  3. Refrigerate for one hour.

  4. Preheat grill to medium heat and drain excess marinade from fillets using a wire rack.

  5. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
