Preheat oven to 450° F.

Drizzle potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Roast for 30 minutes, or until tender. Meanwhile, season cod with salt and pepper.

Dip in egg then breadcrumbs.

Roast at 450 F for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and cod flakes easily with a fork.
