Mango Salsa

This quick and easy salsa recipe only takes 15 minutes and is perfect for snacking, seafood, and tacos!

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and diced (optional)
  • 3 mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • to taste salt
