Mango Salsa

This mango salsa is delicious with chips or served over salmon! Give it a try during the hot summer days.


  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

In a medium bowl, toss together mango, bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, avocado, lime juice, olive oil. 

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
