  • 4 5 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

  1. Place salmon fillets in a plastic bag.

  2. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.

  3. Pour marinade over fillets and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.

  4. Place fillets on a baking sheet and discard the remaining marinade.

  5. Bake at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
