- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 8 ounces Belgioioso Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt
Light and fresh and bursting with flavor, you can't go wrong with this summery pizza recipe!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza dough on lightly oiled pan. Top crust with tomato sauce, tomato slices, cheese, and basil. Drizzle with oil and season with salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until top and bottom of crust are browned and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
