Mean, green, and made right in your kitchen! Use up produce in your kitchen or pick up these fruits and veggies special for a homemade juice.
1. Wash cucumber, celery, and apples. Core apples and cut into pieces that fit into your juicer. Cut celery into similar size pieces and slice cucumbers and ginger.
2. Run cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and ginger through the juicer. Collect the juice in a pitcher.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
