This gluten-free chili is packed with healthy fats and proteins to keep you fueled for the day ahead. Just as tasty as normal chili, without the unnecessary gluten!

Mrs. Grimes Gluten Free Chili


  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

  2. Drain any fat that has rendered.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, beans with sauce, tomato sauce, bay leaf, oregano and chili powder.

  4. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove bay leaf and serve.
