Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 oz bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
This Italian favorite is great for any pasta dish or as a meatball sandwich! Bread crumbs and Romano cheese--yummm.
Directions

Add 1/4 cup water to breadcrumbs and set aside.

Combine spices and Romano cheese, mix well.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese and spice mixture, and eggs to ground beef.

Mix well and roll into balls about 1" in diameter.

Brown the meat balls in oil and finish baking in oven or in red sauce until cooked through.
