Steep tea bags and orange peel in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and peel.
Pour into a large pitcher and add orange juice and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add cold water and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve over ice. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
