- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup berries

Preparation Notes
Fresh or frozen fruit can be used in this recipe.
Directions

In a half pint jar (1 cup), add oats, milk, fruit, and yogurt.

Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.

Refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.
