  • 1/2 cup old fashion rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup berries

Overnight oats have reclaimed their rightful place among nutritious breakfast royalty. This is our Fareway tried and true overnight oat recipe. If you've never tried overnight oats, this recipe is a great place to start. Once you have the hang of it, you'll never go back!

Preparation Notes

Fresh or frozen fruit can be used in this recipe.

Directions

  1. In a half pint jar (1 cup), add oats, milk, fruit, and yogurt.

  2. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.

  4. Eat chilled.
