  • 1/2 pound pasta
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 can tuna, drained
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1 tsp dried basil

We've all looked for something to do with the extra non-perishables that hang around the back of the pantry. This recipe is the perfect solution! Great alone, as a side, or on top of salad!


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Mix pasta, tuna, and onion in a bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and sugar.

  5. Drizzle dressing over the pasta and top with tomatoes, olives and basil.
