  • 5 peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.1 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces

This sweet peach crisp is worth every minute of effort. Sweet, perfectly cooked peaches and crisp, never soggy topping. You can't go wrong with this sweet summer treat.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Combine filling ingredients and lay peaches evenly in an 8x8 baking dish.

  3. Combine topping ingredients using a fork and spread over peaches.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until filling is warm and bubbly and topping is golden brown.
