- 4 cup Mann's sweet potato cubes
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Bake sweet potato cubes for 20 minutes, or until tender.

In a large bowl, combine, butter, brown sugar and flour. Add cinnamon, salt, pecans, and marshmallows.

Top sweet potatoes with streusel topping and return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and brown.
