This pineapple salsa is a perfect snack, appetizer or addition to a main course! If you need any ideas, try serving it over tilapia. 

Pineapple Salsa


Dice jalapeño, red onion and pineapple. 

Finely dice cilantro until you have 3/4 cup. 

Zest and juice lime for 2 tablespoons of juice and 1 teaspoon of zest. 

In a large bowl, combine cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, red onion and diced pineapple. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined. 

Serve on top of fish, like tilapia, or grab some chips and dive in!
