Pizza Roll Up

This recipe works well in a bento box! Bento boxes are all the rage in kids' lunches. Not only are they très chic, they are also perfect for dividing your kids' lunches according to MyPlate guidelines for 6 to 11 year olds. If you can't find a bento box, you can get the same effect using divided Tupperware.


  • 1 8-inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp pizza sauce
  • 12 baby leaves spinach
  • 3 Tbsp mozzarella cheese

  1. Top tortilla with remaining ingredients.

  2. Roll tightly.
