Total Time: 25 minutes
- 2 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Combine butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Brush over potato wedges.
Place potatoes in aluminum foil packet and grill over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Brush potatoes with additional butter mixture and place on grill grate.
Grill approximately 5 more minutes, or until lightly charred.
