Total Time: 25 minutes

  • 2 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  1. Combine butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. Brush over potato wedges.

  3. Place potatoes in aluminum foil packet and grill over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  4. Brush potatoes with additional butter mixture and place on grill grate.

  5. Grill approximately 5 more minutes, or until lightly charred.
