This is the perfect dish to transform your leftover pulled pork!  In one hour you will have a delicious pulled pork chili.

Pulled Pork Chili


  1. Heat oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, and dried seasonings.

  3. Cook 5 minutes; stir often.

  4. Stir in tomatoes and pulled pork.

  5. Add chicken stock, hotsauce, and beans.

  6. Bring to simmer.

  7. Cook 20-25 minutes.

  8. Serve topped with sour cream, cilantro, and cheese.
