Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and King Arthur® Flax in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Mix until blended.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
