- 6 cup assorted Chex® cereal
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
In a 5 to 6 quart slower cooker, add cereal, pecans, cranberries, and seeds.
In a small bowl, mix butter brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
Pour over cereal; stir evenly to coat.
Cook uncovered on high for 2 hours; stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
Spread mixture on a cookie sheet to cool.
