  • 6 cup assorted Chex® cereal
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. In a 5 to 6 quart slower cooker, add cereal, pecans, cranberries, and seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, mix butter brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.

  3. Pour  over cereal; stir evenly to coat.

  4. Cook uncovered on high for 2 hours; stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet to cool.
