  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs

Preparation Notes

If you have buttermilk on hand, this can be used in place of milk for an extra boost of flavor in your pancakes!

Directions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients.

  2. Combine milk, pumpkin, and eggs in a separate bowl.

  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients until well incorporated.

  4. Drop into a hot skillet ¼ cup at a time until golden brown.
