  • 2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 0 pecans for garnish

Need an excuse to try dessert for breakfast? This pumpkin recipe will do the trick. Sweet and spiced and almost as crunchy as the autumn leaves. Enjoy!

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice together.

  2. Fill the bottom of 2 glasses with 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs each.

  3. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt pumpkin mixture into glass.

  4. Top with granola and pecans.
