Rachel's Bacon Cheddar Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 (5 oz.) bag mini pepperoni
  • 1 slice provolone cheese

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to evenly combine. Use your hands (gloves can help!) to form into a football shape.

2. Cover in mini pepperonis. Slice a piece of provolone cheese into thin strips to resemble the laces, place on the top of the cheeseball. Enjoy with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies!
