This summertime staple puts the box mixes to shame sweetened with fresh raspberries and honey.

Raspberry Lemonade


Pulse raspberries in a food processor until pureed then push puree through a fine mesh strainer using the back of a spoon.

In a large pitcher, whisk together water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add honey and whisk until dissolved. Add lemon juice and raspberry puree. Add sparkling water or club soda and stir once. Top with fresh mint, if desired.
