  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground pepper
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard (we used dijon)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

This simple red wine vinaigrette is perfect on a spinach salad or in marinate! Store in the fridge and use on your favorite foods year round!

Directions

  1. Place the salt, pepper, and mustard in a medium bowl.

  2. Add a little bit of oil, and blend with a whisk.

  3. Add a few drops of the red wine vinegar and blend well.

  4. Add the remaining oil and vinegar gradually, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are blended.

  5. Place in a container with a lid and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
