  • 1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Cauliflower is a great canvas for highlighting other flavors, but this recipe is great all by itself! Stop by your local Fareway to get fresh cauliflower for this recipe!

Roasted Cauliflower


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss cauliflower with garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and bake for 25- 30 minutes, or until cauliflower tops are lightly browned and cauliflower is crisp-tender.
