Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a great canvas for highlighting other flavors, but this recipe is great all by itself! Stop by your local Fareway to get fresh cauliflower for this recipe!


  • 1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss cauliflower with garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
