This recipe uses the autumnal aromas of Octoberfest to create a mouthwatering meatball sandwich. Great taste and fun for the whole family!

Samuel Adams® Octoberfest Meatballs


  1. Combine all meatball ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for one to four hours.

  3. Form into 1 inch meatballs.

  4. Grill meatballs over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes while assembling the sandwiches.

  6. Scrape out center of bread to create room for meatballs.

  7. Toast over low heat for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Top with 4-5 meatballs, cheeses, and pasta sauce.
