Sausage French Toast Roll-Ups
- 10 slices sandwich bread
- 10 links cooked sausage links
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- as needed unsalted butter

Directions
1. Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin. Carefully cut off the crusts.
2. Place a sausage link at the edge of a slice of bread and roll up. Repeat with the remaining sausage and bread.
3. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
4. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then pan-fry in a buttered skillet until all sides are golden brown.
