Fajitas
- 1 flat iron steak
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 8 fajita-size tortillas
A simple sizzle is all it takes with this one-sheet dinner featuring veggies and steak.

Directions
Slice flat iron steak, bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Place on sheet pan and toss with oil and spices.
Bake 25-30 minutes until steak is cooked and the veggies are soft.
Serve with warm tortillas.
