- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 bottle Shock Top® Lemon Shandy
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp allspice

Combine all Jerk Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
Marinate chicken in Shock Top® Lemon Shandy and the juice of 1 lemon for about 2 hours.
Discard marinade and season chicken with Jerk Seasoning.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over medium heat for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
