Shock Top® Lemon Jerk Chicken


  1. Combine all Jerk Seasoning ingredients and set aside.

  2. Marinate chicken in Shock Top® Lemon Shandy and the juice of 1 lemon for about 2 hours.

  3. Discard marinade and season chicken with Jerk Seasoning.

  4. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over medium heat for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
