Shredded Turkey

This shredded turkey is not only so easy to make, but can be eaten in a variety of ways. Add to your sandwich or your salads for some extra flavor!

  • 1 boneless premium young turkey breast (2.5 pounds), thawed
  • 1 cup broth
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) onion soup

Directions

1. Remove netting from turkey roast. Place turkey roast in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.

2. Cook until turkey shreds easily, HIGH for 3–4 hours LOW for 7–8 hours.

1. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot.

2. Set to MANUAL and cook for 25 minutes. Quick-release pressure and shred.
