Spice up your kabobs with tenderized beef, peppers, and a mix of spices. This recipe is so juicy, the ingredients will practically fall of the skewer! Start the grill and get the party started!  

Spicy Portuguese Kabobs


  1. Cut bell pepper into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Chop cilantro and mince garlic.
  3. Cut shoulder tender into 1 1/4 inch pieces.
  4. Combine seasoning ingredients in medium bowl.
  5. Add beef; toss.
  6. Alternately thread beef and bell pepper onto six skewers.
  7. Place kabobs on grid over medium, heat.
  8. Grill, covered, 8 to 11 minutes for medium rare (145 F) to medium (160 F) doneness, turning once.
