Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound boneless beef shoulder tender
- 1 red pepper
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions
- Cut bell pepper into 1 inch pieces.
- Chop cilantro and mince garlic.
- Cut shoulder tender into 1 1/4 inch pieces.
- Combine seasoning ingredients in medium bowl.
- Add beef; toss.
- Alternately thread beef and bell pepper onto six skewers.
- Place kabobs on grid over medium, heat.
- Grill, covered, 8 to 11 minutes for medium rare (145 F) to medium (160 F) doneness, turning once.
