Summer Corn Salad

In the heartland, the term salad can mean a lot of things. For this recipe, it means a delicious twist on midwest sweet corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Italian dressing
