  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pound tilapia fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp onion and saute until golden brown.
  5. Add artichoke hearts and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add Barilla Garden Vegetable Sauce and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in cannellini beans and spinach. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  8. Pour half the sauce into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Add tilapia fillets and cover with remaining sauce.
  10. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
