Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, choped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb ground turkey breast (at least 93% lean)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chili beans or beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- to taste salt and pepper
This hearty turkey chili is perfect for a rainy day. This only takes 20 minutes and is sure to warm you up!

Directions
In a large soup pan or stockpot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground turkey, crumble and cook through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
