  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, light beat egg white.
  3. Add ground turkey, bread crumbs, green onion, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Shape into 28 balls.
  6. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
  7. Place meatballs in a large slow cooker or large pot and add barbecue sauce.
  8. Keep meatballs warm on low heat.
